Whittard Spice Imperial Pancakes Recipe - Perfect for Pancake Day

This pancake day, we wanted to create something a little different to the run of the mill lemon and sugar pancakes. Now, there's nothing wrong with that, we love them in fact, but we wanted to push the boat out and try something that little bit more exciting. The Whittard Flake Off

We challenged our Head Office staff to be creative and inventive with the new Whittard Flaked Drinking Chocolate. We asked them to develop or adapt a recipe to include the delicious chocolate flakes, then present their creation to the rest of the office for an official taste test. We had a great turn out, with plenty of tasty inventions ranging from mousses, to drinks, to cakes and cookies gracing our desks for the day. Take a look at what we came up with...
