I'm just laughing because my Facebook status this evening was "OMG I've just discovered Whittard Chocolate Chai ... it's like a hug in a mug" .... then came on here to order more & saw 2 other reviewers have described it as exactly that too !!! It is absolutely delicious with a milky chocolate warmth with a lovely kick of spice. I have drank it during the day with only water which is also delicious and more refreshing, but I currently have cold and it is perfect before bed with milk :-D

I bought this on a whim because of the chocolate and it has become my favourite of all the Chais

I bought this a bit impulsively as I'm absolutely loving chai tea at the moment and I absolutely do not regret it. It is so incredibly yummy! I can imagine it being really good on a cold day but regardless of the weather it is a brilliant beverage. You get the sweet chocolate flavour with the slight heat of the spices and tea. I'm definitely going to be getting more of this because it is like an actual hug in a mug!

I didn\'t achieve a satisfactory beverage with this product. I tried it with boiled milk, cold milk and mixing and heating in a microwave. I was always left with undisolved powder in the bottom of the mug. I think 3 to 4 teaspoons of the product powder is just too much to satisfactorily dissolve in 200mls of liquid. The taste is good but the technology poor.
