Four glorious coffees combine to create our espresso blend; the strength and complexity of the Indian and Ethiopian beans are perfectly balanced by mellow Costa Rican and Brazilian. This blend is roasted until rich brown, a style typical of Northern Italy, to bring out the nuances of the beans. The result is an intensely smooth blend that gives a rich hazel crema. Perfect served solo, it has a full-bodied strength ideal for the base of latte and cappuccino.
