Welcome to the Whittard Club Card. We value your custom and by way of saying thank you for your loyalty we would like to offer you the chance to accumulate points with the Whittard Club Card. By collecting points on your card, you can then redeem these for a free gift of either tea or coffee.

How do I collect points?

Points will be awarded to purchases of loose leaf tea and loose coffee of 125g and over. Points apply to loose leaf tea and loose coffee only (tea gifts, gift boxes, flavoured coffee, instant coffee and valve packs do not qualify)

125g = 1 point
250g = 2 points
375g = 3 points
500g = 4 points
Up to 2.5kg = 20 points

Typical example: Buy 125g Leaf Tea or Coffee - 1 point awarded

What can I have for my points?

You need to collect 20 points before qualifying for free loose tea or coffee. Redemption of the free gift cannot be used against the purchase of Tzone teas, Special Estate Teas, tea gifts, tea tins, loose teas, Blue Mountain Jamaican coffee, gift boxes, flavoured coffee, instant coffee or valve packs.

Typical example: 20 points = Redeem for 250g Leaf Tea or Loose Coffee

Terms and Conditions

The Whittard Club Card scheme is operated by Whittard of Chelsea Plc of Union Court, 22 Union Road, London, SW4 6JP.

Whittard Club Cards are issued by and remain the property of Whittard of Chelsea Plc.

Whittard of Chelsea Plc, may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue a Whittard Club Card and may withdraw a Whittard Club Card from any participant at any time.

You may earn your Whittard Club Card only in the Whittard of Chelsea stores which are participating in the scheme.

To earn or redeem points, you must present your Whittard Club Card to the sales assistant at the till before your transaction begins.

Points will be awarded when you purchase a minimum of 1 x 125g loose leaf tea or loose coffee but will not be awarded on or cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift vouchers.

Whittard of Chelsea Plc may at any time offer further products for both awarding and redeeming of points.

You may not redeem points for cash.

In the event or failure of any equipment used to operate the Whittard Club Card scheme, Whittard of Chelsea Plc may refuse to redeem points on any transaction.

If you do not use your Whittard Club Card for a period of 12 months your name may be removed from the scheme. However, you will be able to re-apply for a new Whittard Club Card and Whittard of Chelsea Plc may at its sole discretion re-award to you any points that were held on your Whittard Club Card at the time your name was removed from the scheme.

You may hold only one Whittard Club Card at any time.

Whittard Club Cards are for use in UK shops only.

Whittard Club Cards cannot be redeemed through Mail Order or the Whittard of Chelsea Website. This also applies to concessions or overseas franchises.

The conditions of use stated on the reverse of the card form part of the Terms and Conditions.

If your card is lost or stolen, please report it to Customer Services on info@whittard.co.uk or Tel: 0800 015 4394. A new card will be issued and your current point balance will be transferred. For training purposes some calls may be recorded.

Whittard of Chelsea Plc may amend or terminate the Whittard Club Card scheme, or amend any of these Terms and Conditions (including the value of points), at any time by giving notice in the participating stores.
