Order Information
- We accept most major credit & debit cards. We do not accept solo or electron cards
- Cheques accepted from British residents only. Your order will be despatched once the cheque has cleared
- Your card will be debited when your order is placed
- Products are subject to availability. Orders may be sent incomplete if products have been discontinued or are out of stock. A member of the customer service team will contact you as soon as possible if this situation should arise
- Club card points can be earned on the website, but not redeemed
- If sending items to a different address prices will not appear on the delivery note. Receipts will be sent separately to the ordering address

Delivery
- Free delivery applies to orders of £100.00 and above. Mainland UK only.
- For guaranteed Easter delivery, our last order date 2pm 19th March 2008 is for £6.95 next day delivery only. Next day delivery does not apply to Scottish Highlands, Nothern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands. For standard UK delivery orders must be placed before 2pm 17th March 2008.
- We deliver to most overseas destinations
- You can send as many products as you wish up to a maximum of 15kg per order, for a single delivery charge. An order constitutes a single parcel to a single address in the UK
- Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail/Airmail
- Orders over 2kg will be sent by UPS/Business Post
- Delivery charges are £4.50 on all standard orders or seasonal orders and £6.95 for premium service. This applies to the UK only.
- With our standard delivery service we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days of placing your order. This applies to the UK only. At peak times delivery may take longer. Delivery before Christmas is guaranteed if the order is placed by the 20th December 2pm
- We offer a premium UK delivery service whereby any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day or on a particular specified day (excluding bank holidays) by our specified courier. If a premium order is dispatched on a Friday, please note we don´t deliver on Saturdays so you will receive the order on the following Monday. Unfortunately due to our delivery constraints we are unable to offer a premium delivery service to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

- Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the delivery of your order
