Free Delivery
Whittard of Chelsea currently offers free delivery for items which total order value is equal to or exceeds £100.00. This offer is available to all destinations within UK mainland. This does not include delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or Channel Islands. We deliver to most overseas destinations.
You can send as many products as you wish up to a maximum of 15kg per order, for a single delivery charge. An order constitutes a single parcel to a single address in the UK
Orders under 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail/Airmail
Orders over 2kg will be sent by UPS/Business Post
Delivery charges are £4.50 on all standard orders or seasonal orders and £6.95 for premium service. This applies to the UK only.
With our standard delivery service we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days of placing your order. This applies to the UK only. At peak times delivery may take longer. We offer a premium UK delivery service whereby any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day or on a particular specified day (excluding bank holidays) by our specified courier. If a premium order is dispatched on a Friday, please note we don´t deliver on Saturdays so you will receive the order on the following Monday. Unfortunately due to our delivery constraints we are unable to offer a premium delivery service to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Postage & packaging charge for overseas orders is per order & dependent on weight
