Delivery to Destinations within Great Britain

Delivery Service

Deliveries are made on normal working days, Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch your goods within three working days of placing your order. To ensure your delivery arrives in the best possible condition by the most appropriate method to suit your needs, we dispatch all of our deliveries using either a courier or Royal Mail First Class Parcel Post. We constantly monitor our carriers to ensure we select the best service to meet your wishes.

Unless your order is of a high value, we do not require a signature. If you are unable to take delivery of the goods please provide us with details of a secure location where your order can be left. We also recommend sending deliveries to work address if appropriate.

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left informing the recipient how they can collect their parcel or re-arrange delivery. All undelivered orders will eventually be returned to our warehouse. Repeat deliveries will be subject to a further delivery charge.

Delivery Charges

You can send as many products as you wish up to a maximum of 15kg per order, for a single delivery charge. An order constitutes a single parcel to a single address.

Delivery charges are £4.50 on all standard orders or seasonal orders and £6.95 for premium service.

Free delivery within Great Britain does not include deliveries to highlands or islands.

We reserve the right to amend delivery prices without notification in the event that the delivery price quoted is not correct for the delivery of locations specified.

Standard Deliveries - We aim to dispatch your goods within three working days of placing your order but at peak times delivery may take longer.Please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. 

Premium Deliveries - We offer a premium delivery service whereby any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day or on a particular specified day (excluding bank holidays) by our specified courier. If a premium order is dispatched on a Friday, please note we don´t deliver on Saturdays so you will receive the order on the following Monday. Unfortunately due to our delivery constraints we are unable to offer a premium delivery service to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Stock Availability

If stock is unavailable at the time of picking your order, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account. Whittard will notify you immediately either by telephone, email or letter.

Amendments, cancellations and order problems

Please be advised that we need to be notified of any odessues within 30 days of despatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders tt we have not been notified of within this period.

You will need the following information to place your order; your name, address, postcode, contact telephone number and credit or debit card details. If sending a gift to another person we will need their name, address and postcode, together with your personal gift message.
