Order Information

Payment Information


We accept Switch, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, JCB, Electron and American Express. We do not accept or Solo cards. We do not debit your card until your order is ready for despatch.

We also accept cheques and postal orders from UK residents only. Cheques should be made payable to Whittard of Chelsea PLC. Please write your order reference and name on the reverse of the cheque.

All payments must be in pound sterling.

Order Confirmation


We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address and your unique order reference number, which you will need to quote in any correspondence to us relating to that particular order.

If you do not receive this email please contact us by emailing info@whittard.co.uk in order for us to investigate whether you order has been placed successfully.

Availability


If whittard.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by whittard.com from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and whittard.com will notify you either by telephone, letter or email address that you have submitted on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order whittard.com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Amending your order


If you wish to make any other changes to your order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, please do so within an hour of placing your order. To do this please call us on 0800 015 4395 or from overseas +44 (0) 20 7819 6510. Alternatively you can email info@whittard.co.uk. Please quote your order reference number.

Cancellation


If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within an hour of placing your order. To do this please call us on 0800 015 4395 or from overseas +44 (0) 20 7819 6510. Alternatively you can email info@whittard.co.uk. Please quote your order reference number.

After this time we, we may have already packaged your order and arrangements may have been made for it to be sent out to you. In this case we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered.
