International Deliveries

Orders can be sent to international addresses, although local restrictions apply. Please phone us on 0800 015 4395 or from overseas +44 (0) 20 7819 6510 for details on international carrier rates and delivery time scales. We regret that as we cannot affect the actions of local customs, or the temperature changes during transit. We cannot accept any liability if your order is delayed or damaged by heat. By placing your order you accept that local customs may also apply additional local taxes. We cannot predict these charges, and local customs my levy the taxes on the recipient.

Delivery Charges

The cost of delivery for your items will be shown during the checkout process. This will vary on the location and the weight of the items in the basket. You will alter the delivery charge by adding and subtracting items.

Christmas Deliveries

All Christmas deliveries will be sent out within 3 working days of placing your order.

Delivery Times & Methods

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days, though during peak periods this may take longer.

Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order.

Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via UPS, with the exception of delivery to USA. All USA orders over 1.4kg will be shipped by UPS. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order. This may be longer, if your address is classed as ‘rural’ by UPS, who may request an additional surcharge on delivery. A signature will be required.

After three attempted deliveries your order will be automatically returned to our warehouse. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery and a telephone number to call. Please note you may be subject to an additional charge if you are unable to take delivery of your order. All orders returned to our warehouse for non-delivery will be subject to a further delivery charge.
