Returns

We are committed to providing you with 100% satisfaction. The success of our product range lies in an uncompromising attitude towards quality of product and packaging. We believe in our products and would like you to believe in us.

No Quibble Guarantee


It’s simple! If you are not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days, with your proof of purchase. As long as you have your proof of purchase (your receipt & despatch note) and your item is in its original complete condition, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you have lost your proof of purchase, or it was a gift – don’t panic! We will exchange your product or offer a gift voucher, at the item’s current retail price.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrect product you will not be responsible for paying the postage. Please send a copy of your receipt for any postage cost incurred. Faulty goods can be returned and fully refunded without a receipt. Please note we are unable to provide refunds for roasted coffee beans or special requested blends, unless the error is on our part.

We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please take into account postage times. Once received, we will process your return within 3 working days.

On the reverse of your despatch note you will find information about returning products to us and also a section for you to complete.

Returning Items to Us


If there is a problem with your order please notify us of the problem within 10 working days of its delivery by email at info@whittard.co.uk Please quote your order reference number on all correspondence.

There are two ways you can return your goods to us:


At a Whittard store


In person, at one of Whittard of Chelsea stores. Please take you receipt and despatch note with you.

By Post


You can send you order in repacked condition back to us. Please enclose your receipt and despatch note, with the reverse ‘Reason for Return’ section completed.

UK Resident

If you live within the UK you can return your items to us free of charge to the following address and reference:

You will find on your despatch note a pre-addressed freepost label for you to use. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage, available form the Post Office, free of charge. Please note this does not insure against loss in the mail.
