The contents of this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of whittard.com howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Neither whittard.com nor any of its employees or other representatives can accept any liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensation, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. It is agreed that whittard.com shall have the right at any time, without the necessity to give notice, to revise any prices advertised.
Orders in respect of goods and services advertised or offered on the site shall not form binding contractual relationships until expressly accepted by whittard.com and are all subject to availability.
Use of this website is on the understanding that all brand names, product names, titles and copyrights displayed are the trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders and permission has been given to whittard.com in respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights.
Whittard.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to both protect users of the site's credit card service and to assist their worries concerning shopping online. However, any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of email or other internet links shall, save where culpable negligence is proved, be borne solely and exclusively by that customer and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by whittard.com. The necessity for users to sign out on completion of their shopping when using public computers cannot be stressed more as whittard.com cannot accept any liability flowing from such failure.

Our Terms of Business
1. General
Whittard.com must either itself or for and on behalf of advertisers receive payment of the whole of the price for any goods or services that you order before your order shall be deemed ready for acceptance. Acceptance of your order shall be signified by the sending of an email to you at your email address you provide on the order form. Whittard.com's acceptance of your order has the effect of bringing into existence a legally binding contract. Please note you can still earn clubcard points online for all tea & coffee purchases. Clubcards are only available through Whittard stores.
2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions: whittard.com is a trade name of Whittard of Chelsea and when used in these conditions it includes any ces o; "working day" means every day of a calenda apart from public holidays; "us" means whittard.com and you together; "you" and "your" means the person ordering goods under these Terms and Conditions.
3. Price
The prices payable for goods or services that you order are as set out on our website. Delivery charges are extra to the price quoted. Delivery to some locations may not be possible.
4. Returns
You can return your purchase to a Whittard of Chelsea store or by post. Before returning your purchase by post please e-mail info@whittard.co.uk for confirmation. Please quote your order reference number on all correspondence.
You must return your purchase within 30 days and enclose your proof of purchase, order/invoice details and reason for return. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect product you will not be responsible for paying the postage.
We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please take into account overseas postage times. Once received, we will process your return within 3 working days.
Please note we are unable to provide refunds for roasted coffee beans or special requested blends, unless the error is on our part.

5. Availability
Orders including sale items may be sent incomplete if certain sale items are out of stock.
If whittard.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by whittard.com from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and whittard.com will notify you either by telephone, letter or email address that you have submitted on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order whittard.com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
6. Voucher codes
In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your order a valid voucher code must be entered into the voucher code box on the basket page. Whittard of Chelsea cannot be held liable for not discounting the order is a valid code has not been entered. Voucher codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher codes are not valid in Whittard of Chelsea stores. If placing you order by telephone the voucher code must be quoted before placing your order.
7. Delivery
Unless specifically agreed whittard.com will only deliver goods ordered by you to the billing address specified on your order.
Ownership of the goods you have ordered will pass to you on their being delivered to you or to the person you nominate and we have agreed to deliver to. Once goods have been delivered to you, you hold them at your own risk and whittard.com will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
8. Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, though during peak periods this may take longer.
UK Delivery
Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Royal Mail. ease allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order.
Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. Generally signature is not required for delivery of your goods; if you are not able to take delivery of the goods please provide us with details of a secure location, such as a neighbor.
After the third ttempt your delivery will be automatically returned to our warehouse. If you are nable to take delivery of your ordera card will be left with details of attempted delivery and a telephone number to call. Please note all orders returned to our warehouse for non-delivery may be subject to a further delivery charge.
Overseas Delivery
Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Airmail. Please allow up to 10 working day or delivery of your order.
Orders over 1.4kg in weight will be sent via a designated courier. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order. A signature will be required. Please note electrical items can not be shipped outside of the UK.
By placing your order you accept that local customs may also apply additional local taxes. We cannot predict these charges, and local customs may levy the taxes on the recipient.
9. Liability
Whittard.com shall have no liability to you if the goods it delivers are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity unless you notify us of the problem in writing within 10 working days of their delivery.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the order date whittard.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

10. Force Majeure
Whittard.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to the goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
11. Colour Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
12. Unenforceability
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which whittard.com excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.
13. Governing Law
The contract between you and whittard.com under which you have made your purchases it is agreed shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the current whittard.com prices, delivery details and whittard.com contact details, set out the whole of the agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by whittard.com.
These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by a director of whittard.com. In particular nothing said by any sales person or authorised representation on behalf of whittard.com should be understood as a variation of these Terms and Conditions about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by whittard.com. Whittard.com shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

Please do not dispose these products with your household waste. To ensure apporiate safety and increas r-ue nd recyclingon material we offer free in-store take-back for any waste electrical product if you purchase a similar new product. Alternatively if you purchase a replacement hen the waste elctrical product should be taken to your nearest designated colletin city for WEEE.
