When to drink: Over the course of a lazy afternoon
The judges of the 2014 Great Taste Awards were in raptures about our bestselling Apple and Elderflower, winning the award for the second time. In the words of the judges? “Great elderflower on the nose and on the palate and then, gloriously, the apple comes through – with some rose as well. This is clever and delivers long, long flavours of quality apple, giving a pleasing level of sweetness.” Well, we’re in agreement. What’s your verdict?
Enjoy hot, cold or as a tea-total cocktail with chopped fruit and crushed ice.
Add one teaspoon per cup to a pot of cafetiere. Add boiling water & infuse for 5 minutes, 8 minutes for a stronger flavour. Strain if you are using a pot. Drink without Milk. If you like it sweet- sweeten with a spoon of sugar or honey.
I have just recently had to have dairy taken out of my diet and I do love a nice cuppa so the thought of drinking fruit teas didn't appeal to me as most fruit teas smell lovely but taste horrible, but I have now discovered Apple and elderflower fruit infusion and it tastes just as lovely as it smells it is a lovely refreshing drink and its still drinkable when it has gone cold in your cup I just love it

Highly recommend this - also recommend using a tea-iere to brew it. Tried 'pure' apple and elferflower but the extra ingredients they put in this really bring out some lovely flavours.

A friend bought me this tea as a present...I'm not normally a big fruit tea fan, but this stuff is absolutely amazing! It's smells and tastes delicious, almost cidery. Refreshing but perfect for cold weather. Highly recommend!

This is by far the nicest fruit infusion I have tasted and I have a flask full every day. Thoroughly recommend it.
