Origin: Blended Leaf Type: Black Tea with Flavouring Taste: Floral, sweet and aromatic Drink: Without Milk Brew: Lightly, 2-3 minutes according to taste with water off the boil When to drink: After dinner
When the Chinese first started combining tea leaves with delicate blossoms hundreds of years ago, roses were among the very first flowers they tried. Our own take on the classic aromatic blend is a rich black tea scattered with delicate petals and imbued with subtle floral flavours. Deliciously delicate and seductively sweet, it’s a taste that’s forever England.
Ideally warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Use one teaspoon (around 2g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Can be drunk with our without milk.
