Ideally warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Use one teaspoon (around 2g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Should be drunk without milk.
This is a lovely comforting and soothing hot drink it has replaced my bottles of water I drink through out the day especially now that's it winter it tastes exactly like the description - absolutely love it

Usually I don't like fruit teas as I find them very wishy washy but this tea is beautiful! It's delicious with milk and a squirt of honey and leaves the taste of blueberry muffins in your mouth. My favourite tea for any time of the day, would give it 6 stars if I could.
