This is a big tasting coffee with lots of flavour that definitely puts Nicaragua on the map for coffee production.

The beans are grown at high altitude in the cloud-coated forests of central Nicaragua. They come from small cooperatives, where the plantations are strictly regulated by a central body to ensure their high quality. The beans are dark roasted to bring out their distinctive, chocolatey flavour.

Nicaraguan Coffee has a rich, warm taste with a well-balanced fruitiness and warm nut tones. It is great for drinking morning, noon and night.

Pure Nicaraguan arabica beans from Linda Vista Estate.

Packed in an environment where nuts are handled.

Brew a Perfect Cup

Follow the manufacturer's equipment instructions Always use fresh water. Use water just off the boil so you don't scald the coffee. Do not re-heat brewed coffee.

Perfect for a cortado. Wonderful rich flavour with hint of chocolate and roast nuts. It's a shame the beans are now "out of stock". Nothing else comes close!

Went to Whittards in Oxford, High Street branch today and bought this coffee. The girl in the shop was very thorough and knowledgable. And she recommended this to me based on what I described my needs were. I smell tested a few different beans, and instantly took a liking to the strong aroma of the Nicaraguan bean. \\n\\nI got her to grind me this bean to a \"3\" on her grinder so I could use it as an espresso. And MY GOD. It is PACKED with flavour. I like my espresso STRONG. And this gave me a thick, syrupy shot that has plenty of golden crema on top and a dense, dark black base. Lovely. Try it.

really lovely coffee. No bitter after taste. Great at anytime of the day. A very enjoyable coffee - I even tweeted about it being so tasty!
