The original Arabic blend of Green Gunpowder tea and spearmint blend is tremendously reviving and a most refreshing digestive. Best brewed very light, but locally in North Africa made strong with sugar.
Always drink lightly brewed using 1 teaspoon of leaves for a 6-cup (1 litre) teapot. Warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on the boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Alternatively, brew one teabag in a mug or cup and remove when the tea is the strength you require. Do not add milk.
