A supremely popular spicier version of caffeine-free Rooibos. A very refreshing citric orange tang and warmingly smooth cinnamon, with all the healthy goodness of Rooibos. Add honey if a sweetener is required.
Always brew very lightly using a pinch of leaves in a tea bowl or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of leaves per 6-cup teapot. Do not add milk. Boil freshly drawn cold water, warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. If brewing in a tea bowl, top up repeatedly with more hot water.
