Anji Bai Cha is produced in extremely limited quantities in the hills of Anji in Zhejiang Province in China. Its name literally means “Anji White Tea”, referring to the light green colour of the leaves which the Chinese compare to white jade.

The plant itself is very high in amino acids, and many consider it to be one of the healthiest green teas.

100% Green Tea.

Packed in an environment where nuts are handled.

Brew a Perfect Cup

Ideally warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Use one teaspoon (around 2g) per cup and  use freshly drawn water which is heated to around 80 degrees. You can either pour the water before it reaches boiling point or allow the water to sit for a few minutes afterwards. Allow to brew for 2-3 minutes according to taste. Should be drunk without milk.

This is one of those very special teas that are not only delicious but beautiful and exquisitely aromatic. It has a natural flowery sweetness that makes you want to drink cup after cup. The green leaves look very pretty when brewing. And its of smell of meadow and fresh grass absolutely succeed in making you feel better and relax. I'm so happy to have found this tea, it has become one of my favourites since the very first moment.

This is the best green tea I have ever tasted. It has a very delicate taste, and is ever so slightly sweet. You can definitely taste the purity of this particular tea. Very refreshing and rejuvenating. Ideal as a nice little treat for green tea lovers!

This tea has a lovely almost black current leaf flavour, along with a delicate smooth green tea taste. Light and refreshing with a little astringency this clears the palate and revives you. Best brewed lightly, and although more twig than leaf, it does not disappoint. Would be nice on a summer day. Very classy tea.
