The tender young leaves and silvery buds of our Pi Lo Chun are harvested on the humid slopes and valleys of Taiwan in early spring.
The name literally translates as Jade Snail Spring, a description of the bright green leaves which are skilfully rolled by hand. Cultivated alongside fruit bushes, the tea has a slightly fruity flavour.
