Whether you're throwing a monster Halloween bash or just want indulge in something a little special, there's no better way of using up your leftover pumpkins than to turn them into deliciously indulgent drinks. We've scoured the web for ideas and picked out four of our favourite pumpkin-inspired beverages to make this Halloween one to remember.
You’ll need to make homemade pumpkin purée for these recipes: chop the pumpkin leftovers into chunks no more than 2cm thick; place them in a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil; cook for 30-40 mins until tender; drain and purée with a food processor (use within 3 days).
Everything you need to make a spicy, frothy pumpkin spiced latte at home. Blend well to give you a smooth, grit-free drink with a perfect coffee shop foam.
