The Great British Garden Party

Fill up the ice tray, because when we say "everything iced is nice" we really mean everythiing. We've already whipped up some iced tea cocktails, and our iced tea jugs are on standby waiting to be filled; this week we're giving our coffee and hot chocolate the summer treatment for a chilled-out picnic, whatever your drink of choice. Everything Iced is Nice

Fill up the ice tray, because when we say “everything iced is nice” we really mean everything. We’ve already whipped up some iced tea cocktails; this week we’re giving our coffee and hot chocolate the summer treatment for a chilled-out picnic, whatever your drink of choice. Read on for our top picks…

Cold, Cold Coffee

A light roast with a deliciously fruity taste, our Kenya Peaberry coffee is just as refreshing cold brewed in one of our jugs – pour it over ice for an extra cool sensation. We also love San Agustin Colombia at the height of summer, iced and topped with a little milk: it’s a medium roast with a nutty smoothness that really shines through.

(Not So) Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate. The name doesn’t scream “iced”, but give it a go and you’ll be instantly converted: just blend your favourite hot chocolate powder with 50ml of hot milk, then top up with cold milk and a generous helping of – you guessed it – ice.

We think our Mint, Salted Caramel and Strawberry White hot chocolates taste especially good iced, but experiment with whatever flavour you like best. And for the full summer paradise experience, why not top with whipped cream, marshmallows or frozen fruit?

Summer Bites

When the sun’s beating down and you’re feeling the heat, the last thing you want is a roast dinner and some sticky toffee pudding. We’ve opted for tried and tested tapas: olives are a good match for our Kenya Peaberry cold brew, while sweet tropical fruit brightens up the flavours in our iced hot chocolate.
