Brew the Perfect cup

When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.

Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew Bottle

We love cold brewing coffee from Ethiopia and Kenya: it really highlights those delicious berry and citrus notes.

Origin: Ethiopia

The Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia is one of the most famous in the world, renowned for its distinctively fruity coffees.

The Birthplace of Coffee

Most people acknowledge Ethiopia as the birthplace of coffee, though how it came to be discovered is a matter of debate. One story has it that an Ethiopian goatherd stumbled upon a strange bush with red berries while out tending his flock. When the goats ate the berries they began jumping around excitedly – and the rest is history.
