Brew the Perfect cup

When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.

The Birthplace of Coffee

Most people acknowledge Ethiopia as the birthplace of coffee, though how it came to be discovered is a matter of debate. One story has it that an Ethiopian goatherd stumbled upon a strange bush with red berries while out tending his flock. When the goats ate the berries they began jumping around excitedly – and the rest is history.
