Brew the Perfect cup
When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.
Try it brewed in a cafetière to appreciate the rich cocoa flavours and apricot sweetness.
Located on high-grounds in the mountainous region of Belen de Umbria, Risaralda Department of Colombia.
Known for their full body, bright acidity and rich aftertaste, Colombian coffees have a reputation for being among the best in the world. There are a few distinctions: in the north, coffees grow at lower altitudes and in higher temperatures, producing more body with intriguing chocolatey notes. Coffees from the southern regions have a smooth flavour with citric and sweet notes, and those from the central region are rather balanced with fruity and herbal notes.
