How Click & Collect Works:
- Check our store locator to find a Whittard store near you
- Browse the www.whittard.co.uk site, add your chosen products to the basket and proceed to checkout
- Select the ‘Collect from Store’ delivery option at the checkout
- Use the dropdown to select your chosen store at the delivery stage
- Complete the payment transaction and confirm your order
- We’ll email you when your order is ready to collect at your chosen store. After you have received this email you can collect your order at any time during the store opening hours. For details, please see our store finder
- Please bring your email confirmation or order number when you collect your order

How do I select Click & Collect for my order?
Simply place your order online at www.whittard.co.uk and select the ‘Click & Collect in store’ as a delivery option at the checkout. Continue to checkout as normal, selecting your preferred store at the delivery stage of the process. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
No, the Click & Collect service is free of charge.
How will I know that my order is ready to collect?
We will email you to let you know when your order has arrived at your chosen store.
Which shops offer Click & Collect?
All Whittard stores excluding the Strand, Regent Street, Buckingham Palace Road, Aberdeen Tea Bar and Southampton Tea Bar stores are available for Click & Collect delivery. A full list of Whittard store locations can be seen here
How long do I have to wait to pick up my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive in store. You will be notified by email when your order is on its way to the store, and again when the order is ready for collection.
How long will you hold my Click & Collect order for me?
We keep Click & Collect orders in store for 10 days.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your email confirmation or order number when you collect your order.
What happens if I don’t pick up my Click & Collect order?
Your order will be kept in store for 10 days. After this time your order will be cancelled and your card refunded automatically.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
If you are happy for someone else to collect your order from the store, please give them your order confirmation email and postcode. Store staff will not release your order without this information. If you are having trouble visiting your chosen store to collect your order within the allotted 10 days, please call the store to discuss an extension. In special circumstances we may be able to hold your order for a longer period of time. You can find the number for your store here.
Can I add to my order once I’ve completed it?
If you wish to amend your order and you have confirmed payment, please contact our customer services team on +44 (0) 1993 893715. If your order has not yet been despatched they may be able to amend it for you.
What time can I collect my order from the store?
You are able to collect your order at any time during the standard store opening hours. You can view the opening hours for your chosen store here.
What happens if I decide to cancel an order I have placed using the Click & Collect service?
If you decide you no longer wish to receive your order, you must notify your selected store. Your order will then be cancelling and a full refund processed.
Which products are available for Click & Collect?
All products sold on www.whittard.co.uk are available for Click & Collect excluding Jura Coffee Machines.
What happens if I want to return a Click & Collect order?
We hope you are happy with any product purchased at Whittard of Chelsea, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product should you so wish. Please view our full returns policy here.

Can I get express delivery?
Express delivery is not currently available for Click & Collect orders. The average delivery time to our stores is 1-6 working days.
