I love this nifty little device, so much so I have one at home and one in the office. It is much easier to use than any other cup infuser easy to fill, empty and clean with the bonus that because it floats it allows the water to circulate making it quick to make a brew too. No need for a spoon to retrieve it from the cup and finally if I'm on the go after grabbing hot water at work I can take it out and pop it in the base when I'm ready without dripping everywhere, genuis. I'm super happy with this product, I just hope the mesh basket has better longevity then my fellow reviewers suggest I have been using the one in the office daily for 3 months.

This product is rubbish. After using it three times the mesh which holds the tea started separating from the ring which means the cup is full of tea leaves. Don’t waste your money. I have complained and am waiting for Whittard to respond.

Stumbled across this delightful infuser and very glad that I did. I use it for fruit infusions so would welcome an addition of a bigger one as well that can be used for larger tea pots. Otherwise, making a tea for one/two and using leaves has just become fun again. Thanks Whittards!

Found this entirely by chance and love it. I use it for Lapsang tea leaves and, yes, some small bits do drift down, but the advantage of improved flavour (over tea bags) is well worth it.
