Designed by award-winning architect Denis Guidone for Ichendorf Milano, the Cha No Yu Glass Teapot is inspired by the Japanese Tea Ceremony – aesthetically pleasing in every sense of the word, it’s certain to make teatime a more mindful affair.
Crafted from hand-blown borosilicate glass, it holds enough for 7 teacups and comes complete with its own glass infuser, featuring detailing likened to a Japanese whisk (or chasen). It’s perfect for those that like a touch of tea theatre… And for the “champagne of teas” to pair it with? Try our exquisite First Flush Darjeeling.
Do not use on stove, for boiling water only.
Never use abrasive cleaning products that will scratch the glass. Wash in warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly in clear water to remove any residue. Dry with a soft, dry cloth.

A Glass Teapot?
Glass might seem delicate, but it's actually an excellent material for crafting teapots. Borosilicate glass is also used for making test tubes thanks to its strength and resistance to heat – it won't affect the taste of your tea, and you get to enjoy a beautiful infusion in all its glory.
