Good value for money by Rosa on 29th March 2017
The chain is a little too short which is a problem when you have a hot cup of tea so you might just want to have a fork on standby. Previous reviews have mentioned the tea leaves coming through but these are specks and you get them at the bottom of most teas, it doesn't impact the drink at all. It's great value for £6 though.
Okay but.... by Ruth on 20th November 2016
I'd just like to emphasise what previous reviews have said with regards to the shortness of chain and the holes letting smaller bits of tea through. I also think that the infuser isn't big enough - the box says to half fill it (which I assume is so that the leaves can move around), however you don't get a very strong cup of tea at all. I had to wait a long time to get a weak cup of tea with a lot of moving around of the infuser, which is when the small bits got out. So yeah it looks pretty, but not great functionality....
Sian by Sian on 12th February 2016
Looks lovely and I find the chain long enough to just hang over the edge of my mug, however it takes a really long time for it to infuse and a lot of moving around in the mug. Also it allows some of the smaller bits of tea leaf escape into the mug. Overall not the best and I'll be looking to get a different infuser. Though the tray to catch drips is really handy.
Looks pretty, but there are some function issues by Megan Morcombe on 15th September 2013
It looks lovely, but the chain is not long enough to hang over the edge of a mug so I have to use a spoon to get it out which is rather awkward. It's also quite awkward to clean out and the chain broke rather quickly.
Teapot Infuser by Kelly Peters on 14th May 2011
Absolutely love the teapot infuser. Bought one for myself and ended up buying many more as gifts for my family and friends overseas. It's quintessentially British and look great. Much better than those tacky gifts you buy at the souvenir stores for the same price.
