If you walk down Piccadilly with a poppy or a lili

Our Design a Caddy competition has become a bit of a Whittard tradition. Each year we ask you to imagine your ideal tea caddy, and the three winning designs make it onto the shelves.
Last year’s caddies were a roaring success (well, the winning design did feature a tiger), and this year we were flooded with amazing entries. Our Piccadilly Blend has been an afternoon tea classic for years now: a high quality black tea, with fragrant flavours of rose, strawberry and exotic lotus, topped with a confetti of colourful petals. Believe it or not, Isabella Pagnotta created this beautiful watercolour design with teabags! Line drawings of roses and lotus flowers are sketched over the splashes of colour, and if you look carefully you’ll see the statue of Eros in Piccadilly Circus. Isabella, we love it!

No.93

The adventures of Bertie Wooster and his long-suffering butler Jeeves are often set in and around Piccadilly. The writer PG Wodehouse reached the grand old age of 93 before he died, so we've given this tea the number 93 in his honour.
