  I bought my husband this teapot plus 2 cups and saucers for his 60th and he was delighted. The teapot is a great size and pours perfectly! Whittard please consider stocking a spare lid because accidents happen :-)

  Ah, I see that Martin above! has the same issue of a broken Mad Hatter tea pot lid as in my house, surely Whittard can see a revenue stream opportunity of replacement tea pot lids, anyone have any ideas on a plain white replacement lid, or does anyone know which factory made the Mad Hatter series, no doubt it wasn't made in the UK.

  I had to contact the company to change the delivery point after despatch of the item . The sales advisor was most helpful and understood my predicament . She arranged to recall the original delivery and dispatch of the same item to the new address . All at no extra cost to myself ! I had anticipated a charge to arrange this . The tea pot was then received within 3-5 days , was well packed and undamaged ! 5 star service indeed !

  Best teapot I have ever had. Beautiful. Fun. Good Pourer. Perfect size. Lid fits well . Spout perfect. I love it!!!!!!!

  Having dropped and broken the lid of my teapot I was disappointed that Whittards couldn't supply a replacement .With a little.effort I would have a lid could have been found.
  Anyone like a lidless teapot?

  Bought the tea pot, mug, plate, saucer and bowl as a gift for my Alice in wonderland enthusiast. They look lovely and she was very pleased. But once trying to clean them we came to realise that the labels are in such poor quality that even after scabbing under boiling water there is still leftover gooey glue. Have a photo if anyone's interested. very disappointing! There are such elegant and simple solutions for labels these days, this was a the 90s... such a shame. Bought at the York designer outlet.
