    Zzzzzz... That's the sound of one of our tasters after a cup of Sleepy Infusion (to be fair, it had been a long day at the office). We've blended soothing camomile and lavender with the subtle freshness of linden flowers, creating an infusion that's deliciously mellow with a hint of sweetness.

    With the long-reputed calming effects of camomile and lavender, it's the perfect lullaby after a busy day.

    • Number of servings (using 1 tsp/ 2g per cup): 50 grams = 25 cups

    • Brewing time:  5 minutes

Store in a sealed jar or tin, such as our Fill-Me-Up Tea Caddies.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
