I discovered this tea with my tea chest and bought it after. The flavour is perfect and I love its wonderful smell of rose! The combination of strawberry and rose is great. I recommend and I will buy it again when I finish, it is now my favourite with the English rose tea!

My teenage daughter bought us this after tasting it at Whittards and it's been a massive hit. We drink this black and love the delicate taste. It needs no milk or sugar. I love the floral notes through it and can happily drink this all day long. This is a hit with all the family.

It smells great! And It has a sweet flavour to be a black tea which are always sour and strong. I usually drink It with milk but in this case you can also drink It without milk and even without sugar. I LOVE it!

This is an amazing tea, it has the kick and the caffeine of a great black tea but comes with the floral tones of lotus and a splash of strawberry. It’s very refreshing and my go to tea after a long day at work.

I came across this quaint tea house when we visited Covent Garden this summer. My kids and I tried various tea samples, and we all loved the Piccadilly Blend! Such a refreshing and light tea! Definitely our favorite!

I love this tea and could drink it by the bucket load. It makes me think of Strawberries and Turkish Delight. I would recommend this to anyone who like Earl Grey or other flavoured black teas.

* * * * * All-time favourite tea! by Robyn on 27th May 2016

I absolutely love this tea! I was given a selection of teas for Christmas, and this was included - I was unsure as it smelt very floral - but gave it a try. It's a delicious blend, slightly floral with a citrus undertone, it just works really well. This is now my go-to tea, it's just right.

This tea is really really tasty, I was advised to try this tea in store by a lovely lady and at first I was unconvinced as it had a somewhat floral sweet smell, but tasting secured my love for this tea, this will be one of my regular cups.

Ever since our founder Walter Whittard weighed out tea leaves behind his high mahogany counter, we’ve been experimenting with our own inventive blends. The Chinese were the first to try blending tea leaves with fruits and flowers and it takes time, skill and imagination to master the art. It’s all about creating the perfect balance of flavours: we blind taste at least 20 different variations before settling on the perfect recipe. Just as some musicians have perfect pitch, an expert tea blender needs to have some pretty perceptive tastebuds…

A note from Whittard

“At the moment I’m really into white tea blends, like Chelsea Garden and White Chocolate Tea. Both are amazing with anything creamy. Fondant fancies add a touch of kitsch!”
