For those who like their morning cuppa full-bodied, rich and packed with flavour, we’ve crafted a stronger alternative to our classic English Breakfast to give your taste buds a wake-up call. We chose tea from Sri Lanka for its crisp taste and distinctive aroma, blending it with the famously malty tea of Kenya. The result is a gutsy brew with a lingering aftertaste – it’s delicious with a splash of milk in the morning, served with a slice of buttered toast.

Brew the perfect cup

    Per cup, infuse one teaspoon (2g) of tea in boiling water for 3-5 minutes

I've already bought a few pouches of this. It is similar to a Tippy Assam but with far more character! If you're looking for a good, strong breakfast tea to give you a kick start in the morning, this is it! I have Robert Fortune Blend when I'm in the mood for nostalgic crisp, freshness and this one for a strong, malty drink. Lovely little team!

Having drunk 1886 for many years, then changing to Tippy Assam, I’ve found my new favourite in Chelsea Breakfast. It’s robust, malty and a delicious wake up call with which to start my day.
