This sweet herbal tea is a sip of pure summer, bringing to mind an icy jug of fruit punch, topped with chopped strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint. We've blended tangy apple, icy spearmint and succulent strawberries to concoct that summer cocktail taste, while curious white bean pods and herbal nettle make for a lovely-looking leaf and a beautifully mellow base. Brings a refreshing hit to a hot summer's day.

Brew the perfect cup

Add two teaspoons (around 4g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Best enjoyed without milk.

This tea is BEAUTIFUL. Yes, it's subtle, but that's what makes it so delicious! Any more powerful and the flavours would just fight against each other and taste artificial. The way to kick it up a notch is to have it iced - I tried it during the recent heatwave and became a little obsessed.

I had high hopes for this tea to be a sweet minty refreshing treat for summer but it is so bland and weak in flavour. It's stretching the imagination to call it strawberry and mint when these make up only 15% of the ingredients, their flavours certainly don't come through. I tried doubling the recommended amount of tea, brewing it for longer but still it came out like tinted water. Very disappointing indeed
