Ingredients

Brew the perfect cup

Ideally warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Use one teaspoon (around 2g) per cup and always use freshly drawn and boiled water. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes according to taste. Can be drunk with or without milk.

A note from Whittard

“I’m a huge oolong fan – the sheer diversity of different flavours is pretty mind-boggling. My favourites are the creamy, almost buttery high grown oolongs grown in Taiwan.”

- Bethan, Specialist Tea Buyer

* * * * * A Perfect Cuppa by Claire on 22nd December 2011

Making this really makes you realise what a decent cuppa should taste like. Your standard tea in tea bags sold in supermarkets have nothing on this. This tea is more for everyday rather than a treat tea.
