    The Bialetti Induction Plate is a gadget that solves the irritating problem of not being able to use aluminium stovetops on induction hobs. The induction plate solves this problem as it is made of stainless steel and can be heated by the induction hob. The plate is 13cm in diameter, compatible with Bialetti Moka pots. Now simply place your stovetop on the induction plate, heat, and Perfetto!
