How do I place my order?

Can I set up an account?

Setting up an account on our website will save delivery addresses and details of your previous orders, as well as payment details. We also offer trade accounts for wholesale customers – please feel free to email us at trade@whittard.co.uk for more information.

How do I place my order?

Can I add a gift message?

Absolutely. When placing your order online, add the items to your basket, click on 'check out securely', enter the delivery address and select the delivery method, then you will then be given an option to enter your gift message. You can also add a gift message on our order enquiry form.

Your gift message will be printed and placed in a gifting envelope, along with the dispatch note, and placed in the top of the box.

Can I amend my order?

Feel free to call us on +44 (0) 1993 223733 or email us at corporategifting@whittard.co.ukand we'll do our best to make changes to your order. However, if your order has already been passed to our warehouse, we will be unable to make any amendments.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us detailing your order number, delivery address, the contents of your order and any gift message. Our warehouse team will then get straight to work on picking, packing and dispatching your order and, once your order has been collected by our carriers, we will email you your tracking number and regular updates on the progress of your delivery.

Please remember to check your 'Junk Mail' folder, if you cannot see our email in your inbox.

Will you gift wrap my order?

Unfortunately, this is a service we are unable to offer.

If I order now will the contents have a suitable best before date for Christmas?

Yes, all items order from our website will have a best before date at least 6-months from the date your order is processed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been collected by our carriers, we will email you your tracking number and regular updates on the progress of your delivery. If you need any further support, please contact us at +44 (0) 1993 223733 or by email at corporategifting@whittard.co.uk.

There has been no update on my tracking since my order has been despatched, what should I do?

My order is showing as delivered but my friends/colleagues have not received it.

What happens if my recipient is not home to receive the delivery?

Our chosen carriers will deliver between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If we attempt to deliver and no one is available to receive, the delivery driver will leave a card informing the recipient that they tried to deliver, with information about how to re-arrange delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse and a refund issued.

We do not recommend that customers ask our carriers to leave their orders in a safe place and Whittard of Chelsea accept no responsibility for orders left as per our customer's request.

If I am shipping my order abroad, will I be liable for any additional charges?

If your order is being shipped to the EU, there will be no additional charge for customs clearance. Rest of World destinations may incur customs or duties charges; please feel free to contact our customer service team by email at corporategifting@whittard.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0) 1993 223733, for further information.

Do you include billing information with my gift?

If your order is being shipped to an address within the UK, we do not include any billing information or payment information within the parcel. Orders shipped outside of the UK may include pricing information to ensure that orders clear customs smoothly.

Am I able to specify a delivery date?

You can request a 'deliver by' date and should include this in the order form. We will then schedule dispatch to ensure that your order is delivered on or just before your chosen 'deliver by' date.

How long will delivery take?

If you choose our standard delivery service, we will deliver 2 to 4 working days after you have placed your order. If you choose our next-day service, and place your order before 17:00, we will delivery your order the next working day.

What delivery method do you use?

Our partner for our standard delivery service is Yodel, whilst our next-day orders are delivered by DPD. Both our partners have smartphone apps to help you manage your deliveries.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery service is £3.95 per order (free when you spend over £40), whilst our next day service costs £6.95. If you are looking for multiple deliveries additional charges will apply.

How can I pay for my order?

If you are placing the order yourself on our website, we accept AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal.

If you have submitted an order enquiry form and our customer service time are processing your order for you, you can pay over the phone with your card, or by bank transfer. If this is the method of choice you will be sent a Proforma invoice with all our payment details to complete your purchase.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, please contact us at corporategifting@whittard.co.uk and we will provide a copy of your VAT invoice.
