    This blissful blend of turmeric, ginger, cloves and cardamon will warm up even the coldest winter days. Cocoa shells and honeybush create a rich, satisfying brew that will bring a smile to your face.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for at least 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
