Sourced from the Chelchelle washing station in Ethiopia’s Kochere district, these beans grow where wild coffee plants still thrive. The high altitude, fertile soil, and nourishing rainfall create a clean, balanced cup with sweet lemon, floral tones, and chocolate hints - true to coffee’s origins.

• Process: Washed
