Looking for an energising healthy breakfast idea? Try this vegan green Matcha smoothie bowl. Beabop Bakes has created a thick, quick, creamy recipe with an added tropical fruit twist. Customise the topping choices and enjoy!

Smoothie:

50g frozen sliced banana

50g frozen mango

50g frozen pineapple

230ml milk of your choice

2 tsp Whittard vanilla matcha powder

Toppings:

Desiccated coconut

Fresh berries

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until thick, creamy, and smooth. Taste and alter to your liking - you might decide to add more frozen fruit, a squeeze of honey, more matcha or more milk if you prefer more of a drinkable rather than scoopable consistency.
  2. Pour into 2 bowls and decorate with toppings of your choice - enjoy!
