Golden turmeric, warming ginger, and ashwagandha come together in a caffeine-free infusion that’s as balancing as it is beautiful.     • Brewing time: Infuse 1 teaspoon (2g) in a cup with 200ml freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes or according to taste.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose tea per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water off the boil (95-98C) per cup.
  3. Wait for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.

There's two ways of brewing Iced Tea, both are super easy:

  • Brew the tea or infusion as normal with hot water for 5 minutes, but use one-third less water so it's slightly stronger. Then add ice. As the ice melts, it will chill the drink, then top up with water to your desire.
  • Or you can add the leaves/fruit to boiling water, brew for 2 minutes, and then add in cold water and put into the fridge for 2-4 hours. Drink within 24hrs of making.
