Brew the Perfect cup

When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.

This chocolatey coffee deserves to be enjoyed as a cappuccino – try brewing it with a cafétiere for full force of flavour.

Origin: Ethiopia

Our Limu coffee is sourced from the Kossa farm, located in the Oromia region of western Ethiopia.

HORIZON Plantations

Kossa farm is one of several that belongs to HORIZON Plantations – a large-scale agricultural company aiming to preserve Ethiopia's spot on the global coffee map. Nearly 100,000 locals live and work on the plantations, which provide housing, healthcare, schools, fresh water and electricity, while also maintaining the ecosystem surrounding them.
