One of Mexico's finest coffees, Finca Aurora is grown close to the beautiful beaches on the Pacific Coast, benefitting from the ocean breeze. Undoubtedly taking on some of the area's charm, this rich dark roast boasts a chocolatey depth, with hints of juicy orange, resulting in a well-rounded cup.

Storage: Always store coffee in an airtight container. Ground coffee should be used within 2 weeks of opening to ensure optimum freshness.

The coffee plantations are located in the scenic mountainous town of Pluma Hidalgo, on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, Mexico
Oaxaca's coffee farms have been passed down through generations since 1872. A long-standing tradition, the cherries are meticulously picked by hand and each producer has their own manual wet mill to process the coffee, before being left to dry naturally in the Mexican sun.
