INGREDIENTS
for the salted caramel chocolate ganache:
170g dark chocolate
400g double cream
2 tbsp Whittard Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
for the coffee-soaked sponge:
300g sponge fingers
500ml Whittard House Blend Coffee, brewed
2 tsp Whittard Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
for the salted caramel layer:
200g salted caramel
for the mascarpone cream:
300ml double cream, cold
4 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla
250g Mascarpone cream, room temperature
