Introducing: The Whittard of Chelsea Tea Panel

We are often impressed by the many tea bloggers we discover in the far flung corners of the web and enjoy reading their opinions on all sorts of teas. With that in mind, we thought we would assemble a small, but perfectly formed, panel with some of our favourite tea bloggers and provide them with sneak previews of new teas.

Coming soon, we have a really diverse range of new loose teas and we look forward to seeing what our panel thinks, but for now we’d like to introduce them to you.

 Our panel members:

1.         Tea in England – A beautifully crafted blog that concerns itself with the traditions of tea drinking. Tea in England tells the story of how this humble leaf has infused everything on the island we call home with a warm, golden glow. Set up by Denise, an American expat and self confessed anglophile based in the UK, this tea drinker’s guide to the British Isles has become an important stop off for anyone looking for some friendly advice.

2.         LeafJoy – Set up by Ada, a tea connoisseur from across the pond. Ada effectively and concisely reviews various different tea products with an easy ‘5-leaf’ rating system. Alongside these helpful reviews, readers can find recipes that make use of tea’s unmistakable taste, as well as the occasional inspirational, tea-related picture. Perfect as a go-to-guide for your next tea treat.

3.         SororiTea Sisters – This offering created by three ‘sisters’ united in their mutual love of tea is a delightfully colourful discussion on the many different strands and blends of tea in the world. Packed full of impartial information alongside a decidedly human review, this blog is certain to tingle the taste buds of any tea connoisseur.

4.         Tea Pages – These pages are full of distinctly tea-soaked opinion as Katrina shares wide-ranging and insightful thoughts on her world, accompanied by tea. An extremely engaging blog that tracks the relationship between the tea-gods and their worshipper, whilst painting a vivid picture of an avid tea drinker.

We’ll be dispatching the first teas for review soon so watch out for the first reviews.

NB. If you are someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about fine tea, have an established tea blog and would like to join the Whittard tea panel, do get in touch and leave a comment.
