My Dad is King - our Father's Day Winners

We recently ran a competition on our Facebook page to win five fabulous coffee-themed prizes for Father's Day and we asked you to tell us why your Dad should be king.

We had a great response and thoroughly enjoyed reading your entries.

We've now chosen the winners and here are their winning entries - it's clear Dads are held in great esteem.

“He works so hard and is lovely. He always makes my mum breakfast in bed on weekends and fixes all the things I manage to break around the house.” Nicky

“ Through lifes up and downs he is always there to chat to, make me laugh, hold me tight when i cry and he works so hard, he deserves to be King if only for a day! My dad rocks!”  Vicki

“I love my dad because we do mad science experiments in the kitchen together, with lots of mess and bad smells, I think he is the king of dads, my mum thinks she is the one who deserves a prize! “Frederick aged 8 (via his mum Juliette).

“Dad, you are an awful dresser, bad dancer and you think making toast counts as cooking, but I wouldn't change you for the world! You always make me laugh and I know you'd do anything for me. You love coffee and I love you, so I would love to win this prize for you “ Catriona

“ My dad is a Super Hero. My dad can accomplish amazing feats in record time and he can figure out how to do things (especially task oriented accomplishments) faster (and with less money, more fun, and more ingenuity) than anyone I know. He can drive any type of vehicle in any type of situation and he also seems to have x-ray vision since he can sum up whole situations (and people) in a millisecond!” David

Prizes are on their way to the five winners and we wish them a very Happy Father's Day, celebrating their win with their Dad.
