Brew the Perfect cup
When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.
Enjoy the dark chocolatey tones of this coffee in all their glory by brewing it in a stovetop and serving as a mocha.
The Manjinja Farmer Group are a small community of 20 farmers who work from the surrounding regions of Imbembwe, Msia, Mbozi and Songwe, Tanzania.
Majinja Farmer Group
Like most coffee-growing countries, the farmers in Tanzania are reliant on income from the cultivation of high-quality beans, so 20 local farmers joined forces to create their own factory producing exceptional fully washed coffees. Known today as the Manjinja Farmer Group, the name "Manjinja" is derived from the clan of the owner of the factory.
