    In the spirit of rolling hills and golden hay bales, we've added a handful of rural rose and marigold petals for a beautiful infusion. Enjoy delicately iced like the last of the summer wine, or steaming hot to ward off the winter chill.

Today you'll find extraordinary creativity in our collection, from unique twists on classics like English Breakfast to more inventive blends laden with fruit and flowers.

How to Make

1- 2 tsp loose infusion

200ml water

  1. Pop 1 tsp of loose infusion per cup into a Pao mug or teapot with an infuser.
  2. Pour in 200ml water per cup boiled to 100 degrees
  3. Wait for 5 minutes
  4. Remove infuser and enjoy.
  5. Best enjoyed without milk.

2 tsp loose infusion

100ml freshly boiled water

Ice

Fruit or mint to garnish (optional)

  1. Add the loose infusion to a refillable teabag or an infuser and place in a cup or heat-resistant glass.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the teabag/infuser.
  3. Top up with plenty of ice.
  4. Garnish with fruit and sprigs of mint if desired.
