Brew the Perfect cup
When making coffee always use freshly drawn and boiled water – wait a few seconds for the water to cool so you don't scald the grinds. Cardinal rule? Never re-heat brewed coffee! Freshness is everything.
We love a cup of this wonderfully rich coffee brewed in an AeroPress and served as an Americano.
Finca La Bolsa estate is situated La Libertad, a municipality of Guatemela's famous coffee-growing region, Huehuetenango.
One Doctor's Passion for Coffee In 1956, Dr. Jorge Vides Molina purchased the land with the plan to turn it into a coffee-growing plantation - by 1984, Guatemala's ANACAFE awarded him "Outstanding Coffee Grower". The family's commitment to quality coffee continues, now with his daughter and son at the helm of the estate.
