INGREDIENTS

40g (5–6 heaped tsp) Coconut White Hot Chocolate

160ml milk

180g ice

Shot of rum

Pineapple pieces

Pineapple wedge and coconut shards to garnish

METHOD

  1. Add the hot chocolate powder, milk, ice cubes, pineapple pieces and a splash of rum to a blender. Mix until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut shards and a pineapple wedge (we'd recommend topping it with a cocktail umbrella if you're feeling particularly flamboyant).

  1. Blend the hot chocolate powder and milk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mason jar mug and generously top with a swirl of whipped cream, Bounty pieces and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
