Iced Piña Colada

INGREDIENTS
40g (5–6 heaped tsp) Coconut White Hot Chocolate
160ml milk
180g ice
Shot of rum
Pineapple pieces
Pineapple wedge and coconut shards to garnish
METHOD
- Add the hot chocolate powder, milk, ice cubes, pineapple pieces and a splash of rum to a blender. Mix until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut shards and a pineapple wedge (we'd recommend topping it with a cocktail umbrella if you're feeling particularly flamboyant).

Bounty bar, chopped into small pieces
Chocolate sauce
METHOD
- Blend the hot chocolate powder and milk until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the mixture into a mason jar mug and generously top with a swirl of whipped cream, Bounty pieces and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
